Frequently asked questions

What is the wait time on a custom table?

The lead time on a custom porcelain table from the Italian Range is roughly 16 weeks. Your sales representative will be in constant communication throughout the process, keeping you informed on where your table is at each stage.

What are the benefits of porcelain over other materials?

Porcelain offers exceptional durability and everyday practicality. It is highly durable and easy to clean making it ideal for daily use. Unlike marble and natural stone, it is non-porous and requires no sealing, while unlike timber, it won't warp or be damaged by water, providing a beautiful, low-maintenance surface built to last.

How durable is a Porcelain Tabletop

Porcelain tabletops are exceptionally durable and designed for everyday living. They are resistant to scratches, stains, heat, moisture, and UV exposure, making them easy to maintain while keeping their appearance for years to come.

None of the table designs suit what I am looking for, can I customise my table further?

Yes! If you have a specific design in mind for a custom porcelain table, reach out through our enquiry form with your vision and we will work with you to bring it to life!

Can porcelain crack, chip, or scratch?

Porcelains hardened surface makes them scratch resistant and very difficult to crack or chip in everday use. While no surface is completely indestructible, porcelain is designed to withstand the demands of daily use and is far less susceptible to damage than many natural stone or timber alternatives.

Will the Pattern on my tabletop look the same as the pictures?

No two porcelain tabletops are exactly the same. Each slab is produced using multiple pattern variations to replicate the natural movement and character of real stone, so the veining and detail on your tabletop may differ slightly from the images shown while remaining true to the selected colour and style.
